ZenTechnical™  Supplies Local Hi-tech Firm's ISS Project With Technical Support


January 13, 2002-- The project is known as Space-DRUMS™ and is a complex, full-rack, Facility-Class payload, which is multi-faceted and was created to manufacture porous and non-porous ceramic materials in a "container- less" (self) combustion synthesis process during its first year of operation. ZenTechnicalprovided Guigné International Limited  with key technical services since the project began in the fall of 1998. The project has an international flavor, with engineering assistance from around the world, such as Astrium (Daimler-Chrysler, Germany), Teledyne Brown Engineering (Huntsville, AL), Oceaneering International (Space Systems) Houston TX.

Spring 2004 Follow-up--Guigné International Limited , a local St. John's Newfoundland Hi-tech company is still set to place the first manufacturing Facility-Class payload on board the International Space Station (ISS). Installation delayed by the February 2003 shuttle disaster is now set for some time in 2006.
